Are the riches really in the niches? On today’s episode, Brian tackles the pros and cons of embracing a niche. In the Web3 and NFT space, the word “expert” gets thrown around a lot but it’s important to understand that we are all learning as we go. Furthermore, just because you work in one area of Web3 doesn’t mean you are an expert in another. It’s also important to understand your work style and personality – do you like to be great at one area of expertise, or do you have diverse interests? There is no single right way to develop expertise, but what is certain is the importance of being self-aware in how you portray yourself and being cautious with creating a polarizing narrative.
